Relay accepts U.S. entities with owners holding non-U.S. citizenship as well as being based outside of the U.S. However, there are a few exceptions per the terms set by our banking partner.

We are currently unable to open accounts for business owners with the following countries/regions of citizenship/residency:

  • Bosnia And Herzegovina

  • Burkina Faso

  • Burma (Myanmar)

  • Burundi

  • Cambodia

  • Central African Republic

  • Congo, Democratic Republic of the (Congo-Kinshasa)

  • Guinea-Bissau

  • Haiti

  • Iran

  • Iraq

  • Lebanon

  • Libya

  • Mali

  • Nicaragua

  • Nigeria

  • North Korea

  • Pakistan

  • Russia

  • Somalia
