Session activity shows every login to your Relay account over the last 30 days, including device, location, IP address, and time of sign-in, so you can spot access you don't recognize.
What you need before you start
A desktop or laptop browser. Session activity is not available in the Relay mobile app.
Your Relay login credentials.
What is session activity?
Session activity is a security log inside your Relay account settings that lists each successful login for the past 30 days. Each entry records the device used, an approximate location, the IP address, and the sign-in timestamp so you can review who has accessed the account and from where.
What information does session activity show?
Each session-activity row includes four data points:
Device — the operating system and browser used at sign-in (for example, "macOS · Chrome")
Location — the city and region estimated from the IP address
IP address — the numeric internet address of the device
Time — the date and time of the sign-in
The log covers the last 30 days. Older sessions are not retained in this view.
How do I view my session activity?
Follow these four steps to open the session-activity log:
Log in to your Relay account at app.relayfi.com on a desktop or laptop browser.
Open the Settings tab from the main navigation.
Click Session activity.
Review each login from the last 30 days. Compare the device, location, IP address, and time against your own recent activity.
What should I do if I see a login I don't recognize?
Treat any unfamiliar session as a potential account compromise and act right away:
Reset your Relay password immediately. See Resetting your password.
Confirm two-factor authentication (2FA) is on for your account.
Contact the Relay Customer Experience team using the link at the bottom of this article. Include the date, time, and IP address of the session you don't recognize so the team can investigate quickly.
If you also see a card transaction you didn't make, follow What should I do if I see unauthorized card transactions in my Relay account? before contacting support.
Common issues
I can't find Session activity on my phone. Session activity is desktop-only. Sign in from a laptop or desktop browser to see the log.
The location on a session looks wrong. IP-based geolocation is approximate and can show a nearby city, your internet provider's routing hub, or a VPN exit point rather than your exact location. Focus on the device, IP address, and time when deciding whether a session is yours.
The list is empty or shows only today's session. Sessions older than 30 days are not kept. If you've only logged in recently, only recent sessions will appear.
