If your Relay Visa® Credit Card is lost or has been stolen, freezing your card will prevent any unauthorized charges from being processed.
Important: The Relay Visa® Credit Card is available only to customers who successfully meet our eligibility check and fulfill the required criteria. For more information on eligibility, please see An Overview of the Relay Visa® Credit Card.
How to freeze your credit card
On the web
Sign in to your Relay account.
Navigate to the Cards tab.
Select the card you wish to freeze.
Click Freeze.
Click Freeze card.
On the mobile app
Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Cards tab.
Select the card you wish to freeze.
Tap Freeze card.
Frozen cards can be unfrozen at any time by following the same steps outlined above.
How to terminate your credit card
On the web
Sign in to your Relay account.
Navigate to the Cards tab.
Select the card that has been frozen.
Click Terminate.
Click Terminate card.
On the mobile app
Sign in to the Relay app on your mobile device.
Navigate to the Cards tab.
Select the card that has been frozen.
Tap Terminate card.
Once you have frozen a card, you can terminate that card. Terminating a card is permanent, and cannot be reversed.
What should I do if I notice an unauthorized transaction on my Relay Visa® Credit Card?
If you notice an unauthorized transaction, you should immediately freeze the card to prevent future unauthorized transactions. Do I have to freeze a card before I terminate it?
Yes, only frozen cards can be terminated.
Can I request a new card once I have frozen/terminated an existing card?
