Does Relay Have a Referral Program?

UpdatedAugust 11, 2026

Relay doesn't currently offer a customer referral program, but you can earn rewards for referring clients through the Relay Partner Program.

Does Relay have a customer referral program?

No. Relay does not currently offer a referral program for existing customers to refer other business owners in exchange for a cash bonus or account credit.

If a customer referral program launches in the future, it will be announced through Relay's in-app notifications and on the Help Centre.

What is the Relay Partner Program?

The Relay Partner Program is Relay's alternative to a traditional referral program. It is open to formation companies, publishers, content creators, bloggers, and business consultants who educate small business owners about entrepreneurship.

Partners refer their clients or audiences to Relay and can earn financial rewards for approved sign-ups.

Who can join the Relay Partner Program?

The Relay Partner Program is designed for:

  • Formation companies

  • Publishers and content creators

  • Bloggers

  • Business consultants

  • Accountants, bookkeepers, and advisors who work with small business owners

How does the Relay Partner Program work?

Approved partners refer their clients or audiences to Relay and can access financial rewards, program tiering benefits, and a listing in the Advisor Directory. Sign-up requirements, eligibility criteria, and reward details are covered in the article Joining the Relay Partner Program.

Can I still recommend Relay to another business owner?

Yes. You can share your Relay experience with other business owners at any time. Customer-to-customer recommendations do not currently earn a cash bonus or account credit, and Relay may add a customer referral program in the future.
