Relay assigns Partner Program tiers based on the total number of clients your firm has referred and onboarded to Relay since joining the program.

Firms tracking their rewards level, badge, and eligibility for the Advisor Directory and Ambassador sponsorship
How the tiering works
Your firm's tier is set by the total number of clients you have referred and onboarded to Relay since joining the Partner Program, and higher tiers unlock larger rewards and program perks.
Tier assignments and badges are emailed to firms at launch and each time a new tier is reached.
Client counts are cumulative from the date your firm joined the Partner Program.
Reward details for each tier are listed on the Partner Program page inside your Relay Partner Portal.
How do I know what tier my firm is in?
Every participating firm receives its tier assignment and badge in a launch email from Relay. If you cannot find the email or want to confirm your current tier, reach out to your Account Manager.
How is my tier calculated?
Your tier is calculated from the total number of clients your firm has referred and onboarded to Relay since joining the Partner Program. Full reward tiers and thresholds are listed on the Partner Program page.
Where can I find my tier badge?
Relay emails your tier badge automatically each time your firm reaches a new tier. If you cannot find the badge, contact your Account Manager to have it resent.
What tiering does and does not affect
Tier level determines the partner rewards, Advisor Directory placement, and Ambassador sponsorship opportunities available to your firm.
Client referrals from before you joined the Partner Program do not count toward your tier.
Tier level does not change the plans, features, or pricing available to your individual clients on Relay.
