What Is the Relay Advisor Directory?

UpdatedAugust 11, 2026

The Relay Advisor Directory is a public listing of accounting and bookkeeping firms in the Relay Partner Program, searchable at directory.relayfi.com by small business owners looking for a Relay-fluent advisor.

Who this is for

  • Accounting firms enrolled in the Relay Partner Program

  • Bookkeepers who onboard client businesses to Relay

  • Profit First professionals who want to reach owners running that methodology

  • Firms offering remote or virtual services alongside in-person work

  • Advisors with Relay Banking Partner Certification who want to display that credential

How it works

The directory pairs Relay-using business owners with partner firms who already work inside Relay every day.

  • Partner firms apply through the Partner Portal by opening Settings > Advisor Directory and submitting a profile

  • Relay reviews each submission before the profile appears on the public directory

  • Profiles surface firm details, services, industries, software, credentials, and Profit First familiarity

  • Small business owners search the directory at directory.relayfi.com and contact firms directly by email or through the firm's own website

  • Firms update their listing anytime from the same Settings screen; changes appear within 24 hours

What's included in a directory profile

  • Firm website, bio, name, address, and phone number

  • Accounting and bookkeeping software used

  • Services offered and industries supported

  • Professional certifications and credentials

  • Relay Banking Partner Certification status, when earned

  • Remote or virtual service availability

  • Profit First methodology familiarity

Fields pre-populated from your Relay account (firm name, primary email) are not editable inside the directory profile. Every other field can be updated from Settings > Advisor Directory.

What is not included

  • Client lists, client revenue, or any data not submitted by the firm

  • Individual staff members; the directory lists firms, not people

  • Firms outside the Relay Partner Program

How to improve your profile's visibility

Fill out every optional field. Firms that list credentials, industries served, software supported, and Profit First familiarity surface for more searches than firms with sparse profiles. Displaying your Relay Banking Partner Certification, when earned, is one of the strongest signals for owners who specifically want a Relay-certified advisor.

How to remove or update your profile

Update your profile at any time from Settings > Advisor Directory in the Partner Portal. To remove your firm from the directory or troubleshoot a listing issue, contact the Customer Experience team through the Help Center.
