Ambassador Sponsorship

UpdatedAugust 11, 2026

Ambassador sponsorship is a Relay Partner Program benefit that funds events hosted by Silver-tier Partners and above, helping accounting and bookkeeping firms reach new audiences.

Who is Ambassador sponsorship for?

Ambassador sponsorship is available to Relay Partner Program members at Silver tier and above. It supports:

  • Accounting and bookkeeping firms hosting online webinars

  • Firms running in-person conferences, seminars, or workshops

  • Advisors reaching new small business audiences with educational programming

If you are not sure which tier you are in, check the Partner Program tiering guide or contact your Account Manager.

How does Ambassador sponsorship work?

Relay reviews applications on a rolling 30-day basis and provides sponsorship funding based on the merit of the application and the potential impact of the event.

  1. Confirm you are a Silver-tier Partner or higher

  2. Submit your application at lets.bankwithrelay.com/ambassador

  3. Wait for a response from the Relay team, who will reach out only if your event is a good match

  4. Host your event with creative control over the topic and presentation

  5. Submit a list of attendees after the event as part of post-event reporting

What types of events does Relay sponsor?

Relay sponsors events that reach new audiences open to adopting new financial tools. Eligible formats include online webinars, in-person conferences, seminars, and workshops. Every sponsored event requires an attendee list submitted afterward. If you cannot provide attendee reporting, the event may not qualify.

How much are Ambassador sponsorships?

Sponsorship amounts vary. Each amount is determined by the merit of the application and the potential impact of the event on the local business community or target audience.

What can my presentation cover?

You have creative control over your presentation topic. It does not need to focus on Relay or banking. During the application review, Relay asks for:

  • A session description

  • Learning objectives

  • A plan for how you will incorporate Relay into the session

This confirms the presentation aligns with the goals of the sponsorship.

How long does application review take?

Relay reviews applications on a rolling 30-day basis. Because of the volume of requests, the Relay team only responds when an event is a good match for the program.
