Relay customers need Thread Bank's address whenever a payer, vendor, or platform asks for the bank's mailing address in addition to an account and routing number. Common cases:

A payroll provider onboarding your deposit details
A marketplace or payment processor verifying your account for payouts
An international sender preparing a wire and requesting the beneficiary bank's full details
A vendor setting up direct deposit or automated billing
