How to View Your Account and Routing Numbers in Relay

UpdatedAugust 11, 2026

Your Relay account and routing numbers live on the Accounts tab in web and mobile, ready to copy and share with anyone paying you.

What you need before you start

  • A sign-in to your Relay account, either at app.relayfi.com or in the Relay mobile app

  • The specific checking or savings account you want the payment to land in (each account has its own account number)

What else do I need to share for a payment to land in my account?

Along with your account and routing numbers, give the payer:

  • Your business's legal name, as registered on Relay

  • The name(s) of the beneficial owner(s) on file

  • Your Doing Business As (DBA) name, if you use one

Payers, payroll platforms, and other senders use those details to match the payment to your account. Missing or mismatched names are the most common reason an incoming ACH, wire, or check gets returned.

Which payment types use these numbers?

Your Relay account and routing numbers let you receive:

  • ACH transfers, including direct deposit and payroll

  • Domestic wires

  • International wires, once your account is activated to receive them

  • Check deposits, when a payer uses your account details in their bill-pay tool

Common issues

  • The eye icon doesn't reveal the numbers. Refresh the browser or close and reopen the Relay mobile app, then repeat the steps.

  • A payment sent to your Relay numbers never arrived. Confirm the sender used the right routing and account numbers and that the name they entered matches your Relay records exactly.

  • You have multiple Relay accounts and copied the wrong one. Each checking and savings account has its own account number. Go back to the Accounts tab, select the correct account, and copy again.
