Which accounting software connects to Relay?
Relay has direct connections with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Hubdoc, and Dext (formerly Receipt Bank). Each supports bank feeds so transactions flow into your books automatically.
Xero: bank feed and bill pay.
QuickBooks Online: bank feed and bill pay. Outgoing checks cannot be sent from QuickBooks.
Hubdoc: receipt and statement export from Relay to Hubdoc.
Dext (formerly Receipt Bank): receipt and statement export from Relay to Dext.
Statements from Relay can also be exported to any accounting tool that accepts CSV or OFX files.
Which payroll platform connects to Relay?
Gusto is Relay's direct payroll connection. You can also use Relay with other payroll providers by entering your Relay account and routing numbers manually.
Which payment platforms work with Relay?
Relay works with the most common business payment platforms. Most connect using your Relay account and routing numbers plus a specific banking-provider label from that platform's dropdown; a few use Plaid to link with your login credentials instead. Details for each:

How does Plaid work with Relay?
Plaid connects Relay to any platform that uses Plaid as its bank-linking service. You sign in with your Relay login and Plaid links the account in seconds, without account and routing numbers.
Which platforms does Relay not support?
Zelle: Relay does not support Zelle payments.
Quicken: no direct connection.
YNAB: YNAB uses both Plaid and MX for bank connections, and Relay only supports Plaid. Contact YNAB Support and ask them to route your Relay connection through Plaid.
How do I connect a new platform to Relay?
Log in to Relay and find your account and routing numbers under Accounts.
Open the platform you want to connect.
Follow that platform's steps for adding a business banking account.
If asked for the banking provider, choose the Relay-associated option in that platform's dropdown.
Verify any test deposits if the platform requires them.
For platforms that use Plaid, sign in with your Relay credentials instead of entering account and routing numbers.
