Relay's pricing has two parts: a subscription plan (Starter, Grow, or Scale) and specific per-transaction fees, both listed in full on the Relay pricing page.
Who Relay's pricing is designed for
Relay is a business banking platform built for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and the accountants and bookkeepers who work with them. Pricing is structured so different stages of business fit different plans:
New or smaller businesses can start on the Starter Plan
Growing businesses can move to the Grow Plan for expanded workflows and integrations
Larger operations or businesses that need advanced controls can move to the Scale Plan
How Relay's subscription plans work
Relay is subscription-based. You pick one of three plans, and your subscription unlocks the accounts, cards, integrations, and workflow features that come with that plan.
Starter Plan. The entry-level plan for new Relay Accounts.
Grow Plan. Adds workflows and integrations for growing businesses.
Scale Plan. Adds advanced controls and higher limits for larger operations.
For the specific monthly price of each plan, the feature list, and any current promotions, see the Relay pricing page.
What's included in a Relay subscription?
Every Relay subscription includes a Relay Account and access to Relay's business banking platform. What varies by plan is the number of accounts, users, and cards you get, plus which integrations and workflow tools are unlocked. Relay has no hidden fees and no minimum balance requirements.
What fees apply on top of the subscription?
Some services carry per-transaction fees on top of your subscription. The most common one is the Visa International Service Assessment (ISA) fee, which applies to international card use.
International Relay Visa® Debit Card transactions. Visa charges an ISA fee of 1-2% on transactions where the merchant is outside the United States or processes in a non-USD currency. Visa applies this fee automatically; it is not a Relay-set charge. Details are in Visa's ISA fee explainer.
For any wire, ACH, or other per-transaction fees on your plan, see the Relay pricing page.
Where can I find the current price sheet?
The Relay pricing page is the canonical source for current subscription prices, feature lists per plan, and any per-transaction fees. It updates whenever pricing or features change, so it is always the version to trust over any static screenshot or older article.
