How to Update Your Business and Billing Address on Relay

UpdatedAugust 11, 2026

Update your business address in Relay on web or mobile, and the billing address on your Relay cards updates automatically. The whole change takes under two minutes.

What you need before you start

  • Access to your Relay Account on web or the Relay mobile app

  • Your updated U.S. business address (street, city, state, ZIP)

  • Sign-in permission for a role that can edit business information

Only U.S. addresses are accepted. If you're moving between states or updating a registered agent address, review the accepted address verification documents linked at the bottom of this article before you start.

How do I update my business address on the web?

Update your business address from the Settings tab in five steps.

  1. Sign in to your Relay Account at app.relayfi.com.

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab in the left sidebar.

  3. Select Business Info.

  4. Input your updated U.S. business and billing address.

  5. Click Save.

The new address applies immediately on your account.

How do I update my business address on the mobile app?

Update your business address from the Settings tab in the Relay mobile app in five steps.

  1. Sign in to the Relay app on your phone.

  2. Tap the Settings tab.

  3. Select Business Information.

  4. Input your updated U.S. business and billing address.

  5. Tap Save.

Does updating my business address change my card billing address?

Yes. When you update your business address, Relay automatically updates the billing address on every Relay Visa® Debit Card and Relay Visa® Credit Card linked to the account. You don't need to update each card individually.

Where does Relay send physical mail and cards?

Relay does not mail physical statements, forms, or notices to your business address. You control where physical cards ship. When you create a new physical card, you can enter a custom shipping address at that step, and U.S. shipping is included at no additional charge.

Your business address on file is used for card billing verification (for example, when a merchant requests AVS matching), not for physical mail delivery.

Common issues

  • The address won't save. Check that you entered a valid U.S. street address, city, state, and 5-digit ZIP. P.O. boxes are not accepted as a business address.

  • A card still shows the old billing address. Refresh the app, sign out and back in, then check again. Billing address updates usually reflect within a few minutes.

  • You need to update your mailing address, not your business address. Those are separate fields. See "Updating your mailing address" in Related articles.

  • You need to use a registered agent address. See "Using a Registered Agent Address and Operating Address for Your Business" in Related articles for how Relay handles the two.
