View your Relay Visa® Credit Card cash back in two places: your credit account page during the billing cycle, and the checking account where deposits land after payment.
What you need before you start
An active Relay Visa® Credit Card on your Relay account
Access to your Relay account on web or in the mobile app
A primary payment account set as the destination for cash back deposits
How do I see how much cash back I've earned this billing cycle?
Open your Relay Visa® Credit Card account page to see cash back accrued during the current cycle. The summary shows the dollar amount earned so far, the cash back rate applicable to your subscription plan, and the checking account set to receive the deposit.
Sign in to your Relay account on web or in the mobile app.
Open your Relay Visa® Credit Card account page.
Review the cash back summary at the top of the page.
How do I see cash back that has already been deposited?
Cash back deposits appear in the primary payment account tied to your Relay Visa® Credit Card. Deposits post as incoming transactions from Relay with the memo "Cash back."
Open the checking account set as your primary payment account.
Scroll or filter the transactions list for entries labeled "Cash back."
How much cash back do I earn?
You earn up to 1.5% cash back on eligible purchases made with your Relay Visa® Credit Card in each billing cycle. The exact rate depends on your Relay subscription plan.
When is my cash back deposited?
Cash back is deposited 1 calendar day after your Relay Visa® Credit Card payment for the billing cycle is completed. The deposit lands in the primary payment account tied to the credit card.
Can I change the account my cash back is deposited into?
Yes. Cash back goes to the primary payment account linked to your Relay Visa® Credit Card, and you can update that account from the credit card settings. See Changing your primary or backup payment account for the exact steps.
Which purchases don't earn cash back?
ATM transactions, money orders, and cash equivalent purchases made with your Relay Visa® Credit Card are not eligible for cash back. All other qualifying purchases within the billing cycle earn at the rate tied to your subscription plan.
Common issues
You don't see a cash back summary on your credit account page: confirm you have made at least one eligible purchase in the current billing cycle. Cash back only accrues on posted, eligible transactions.
The deposit hasn't landed in your checking account: cash back posts 1 calendar day after the credit card payment settles. If the payment is still processing, the deposit will follow once it clears.
Your cash back is going to the wrong checking account: update the primary payment account in your Relay Visa® Credit Card settings before your next payment closes.
The amount looks lower than expected: ATM withdrawals, money orders, and cash equivalents do not qualify, and the applicable rate depends on your subscription plan.
