The Relay Visa® Credit Card earns up to 1.5% cash back on eligible purchases, deposited monthly into your primary payment account after your credit balance is paid in full.
Who can earn cash back?
Cash back is available to Relay customers who have been approved for the Relay Visa® Credit Card. Once your card is active, you start earning cash back automatically on eligible purchases; there is no separate enrollment step.
How does cash back work on the Relay Visa® Credit Card?
You earn a percentage of every eligible purchase made with your Relay Visa® Credit Card, up to 1.5% cash back. Your exact earning rate depends on your Relay subscription plan (Starter Plan, Grow Plan, or Scale Plan). Cash back accrues throughout each billing cycle and is deposited after the full balance is paid.
For current per-plan cash back rates, see the Overview of Relay Subscription Plans linked below.
When does cash back get deposited?
Cash back is deposited one calendar day after your monthly credit card bill payment is completed, provided the balance on your credit account has been paid in full. If any balance is still owed, the deposit is held until the balance clears.
Which account does cash back go into?
By default, cash back is deposited into the primary payment account linked to your Relay Visa® Credit Card. To send cash back to a different Relay checking account, update your primary or backup payment account in your credit card settings.
What purchases are eligible for cash back?
Cash back applies to standard purchase transactions made with your Relay Visa® Credit Card. The following transaction types are excluded from cash back:
ATM transactions
Money order purchases
Cash equivalents
For the complete list of eligible transactions and program rules, see the Visa® Signature Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.
