You can download Relay Visa® Credit Card statements as PDFs from the Accounts tab, on the web or in the Relay mobile app, once a billing cycle has closed.
What you need before you start
An active Relay Visa® Credit Card account
Sign-in access to your Relay account with Administrator, Manager, or Read-only permissions
A billing cycle that has already ended (statements generate the day after each cycle closes)
How do I download credit card statements on the web?
Sign in at relayfi.com, open your credit account from the Accounts tab, and use the Statements page to select cycles and download.
Sign in to your Relay account in a web browser.
Navigate to the Accounts tab.
Open your Relay Visa® Credit Card account.
Click Statements.
Select one or more billing cycles.
Click the download icon on the left-hand side.
Click Download to save the PDF.
How do I download credit card statements in the mobile app?
Open the Relay app, go to your credit account, and use the three-dot menu to pick a cycle and download the PDF.
Sign in to the Relay mobile app.
Navigate to the Accounts tab.
Open your Relay Visa® Credit Card account.
Tap the three vertical dots at the top-right.
Select the billing cycle you want (mobile lets you download one cycle at a time).
Tap Download to save the PDF.
When are credit card statements available?
A new statement is available the day after each billing cycle closes. The Relay Visa® Credit Card runs on a 30-day billing cycle set at approval, and that cycle date cannot be changed after the account opens.
Who can download credit card statements?
Team members and advisors with Administrator, Manager, or Read-only permissions on the credit account can download statements. If you need to add a team member, see the linked article on giving your team members access to your credit account.
Can I download a statement mid-cycle?
No. Statements are only available at the end of a billing cycle. If you need current transaction detail before the cycle closes, use the Transactions view on your credit account for a real-time list.
What file format are credit card statements in?
Statements download as PDF files. CSV and OFX export formats are on the roadmap but are not available yet, so plan to attach the PDF when sending statements to a bookkeeper or accountant.
Common issues
Statements tab is empty. Your first billing cycle has not closed yet. New accounts generate their first statement the day after the initial 30-day cycle ends.
Download button is greyed out. You may be signed in under a permission level that does not include statement access. Ask an Administrator on the account to confirm your role.
PDF will not open on your phone. Save the file first, then open it from your Files or Downloads app; some in-browser previews on mobile struggle with multi-page statement PDFs.
Selected cycle is missing on mobile. The mobile app downloads one cycle at a time. Switch to the web to select multiple cycles in a single download.
