How long do invoice and Quick Request payments take to settle?
Card and ACH pull payments take 2 to 3 business days to settle into your Relay Account after the customer completes payment.
The payment appears as "Processing" the moment the customer completes it.
The payout arrives 2 to 3 business days later, typically between 4:00am and 9:00am ET.
The full payout breakdown reconciles the same evening, typically between 8:00pm and 9:00pm ET.
When does Relay pull funds from a Pay by Bank payer?
Funds leave the payer's account the same day they authenticate the payment, but the money takes 2 to 3 business days to reach your Relay Account.
What are the payment limits for invoices and Quick Requests?
Pay by Bank (ACH debit) limits are tied to your account's ACH Add Funds limits. Card payment limits are set per invoice or Quick Request and follow the standard card network rules for your customer's issuing bank.
How can I offset card processing fees on the Grow Plan or Scale Plan?
Turn on surcharging in your invoice settings, and up to 2.9% of the card fee moves to the customer as a separate line item on the invoice.
